Information We Collect
We collect information needed to run the prediction game, including:
- Account details such as email address, Firebase user ID, username, and login provider.
- Game activity such as predictions, points, ranks, league membership, invite codes, honors, and profile stats.
- Region information such as country or region used for regional leaderboards and season enrollment.
- Device and app information such as push notification tokens, app lifecycle events, crash reports, and diagnostics.
- Feedback you submit, including bug reports, suggestions, and related message content.
How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate users, calculate predictions and ranks, operate public and private leagues, send relevant notifications, improve product reliability, respond to feedback, prevent abuse, and maintain app security.
Third-Party Services
PickZard uses Firebase for authentication, messaging, realtime infrastructure, and crash reporting. We use PostHog for product analytics, app lifecycle events, exception tracking, and session replay. Social login providers such as Apple, Google, and Facebook may process information according to their own privacy policies when you choose those sign-in methods. We use RevenueCat and payment platforms such as Apple and Stripe-powered web billing to process subscription status, purchases, renewals, receipts, and subscription management.
Payments And Subscriptions
If you purchase PickZard Pro, payment details are processed by the relevant app store or web billing provider. PickZard does not store full credit card numbers. We may store subscription status, entitlement identifiers, renewal status, receipt metadata, and related billing support information so we can provide Pro access and help with support requests.
Analytics And Session Replay
We may collect app usage events and replay-style diagnostic data to understand product behavior and fix issues. We use this data for product improvement, debugging, and reliability. We do not use this data to sell personal information.
Push Notifications
If you allow notifications, we store a Firebase Cloud Messaging token so we can send app-related updates. You can disable notifications in your device settings.
Account Deletion
You can request account deletion in the app. PickZard currently uses a 30-day grace period before permanent deletion so you can restore your account if the request was accidental.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate PickZard, comply with legal obligations, protect users, or enforce our terms.
Children
PickZard is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this policy as PickZard changes. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice in the app.
