Subscription Product
PickZard Pro is a digital subscription for extra app features, such as creating more private leagues and showing a Pro badge. It is not a betting product and does not provide cash prizes, odds, paid contest entry, or financial returns.
Cancellation
You can cancel PickZard Pro anytime through the platform where you purchased it. Cancelling stops future renewals. Unless required by law or platform policy, cancellation does not automatically refund a past charge.
- Web subscriptions are managed through the web billing customer portal.
- iOS subscriptions are managed through Apple subscription settings.
Access After Cancellation
If you cancel, Pro access normally remains active until the end of the paid billing period unless the platform, payment provider, or applicable law requires a different outcome.
Refund Requests
Refunds are reviewed case by case unless required by law or handled directly by the platform where you purchased.
- For Apple App Store purchases, request refunds through Apple.
- For web purchases, email owocohub@gmail.com with your account email and purchase details.
